Answer   2.    Individual  franchises are a royalty of $5,000.00 per
                       year for mobile concessions, $12,000.00 per year
                       for express units, and $24,000.00 per year for
                       restaurants.  This fee covers the continued use of the
                       Stewarts name and trademark as well as our
                       ongoing support.

   
Question 3.    What amount of money is required for single
                        unit Drive-In development?
 
Answer   3.    Stewart's has no set requirement as there are many                          independent sources of financing.  However,
                       Stewart's would prefer that you have a net worth of
                       $750,000.00 with liquid cash of $150,000.00


Question 4.    Does Stewarts provide any training?
 
Answer   4.     Yes, Stewart's provides a comprehensive training
|                        program for franchisees and their managers.


Question 5.    Does Stewart's provide any financing?
 
Answer   5.     No, Stewarts does not provide any type of direct
                        financing, however, Stewart's can refer you to several
                        third party financial resources.


Question 6.    When does the franchise fee have to be paid?
 
Answer   6.     The franchise fee is paid in full upon the execution of the
                         franchise agreement.


Question  7.    How much money can I make with a
                         Stewart's Root Beer Drive-In?
 
Answer    7.      Earnings results will vary with each franchise
                         and Stewart's cannot estimate or predict the
                         results of a particular franchise.

Question  8.    Does Stewart's provide any assistance
                         in site selection?
 
Answer    8.     Stewart's have sometimes pre-approved sites for
                         franchisees.  However, if there are no pre-approved
                         sites available, Stewart's will review all available
                         data for the site you've selected and determine if
                         the site is acceptable or not.
